• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
• If we are unable to perform the service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund.
